Ingenuity @ Work Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Software@Work Holdings, an independent UK-based company that was founded in 1996 to meet the needs of organisations with sophisticated payroll and human resource management requirements.

Ingenuity @ Work’s solutions incorporate all human resource tasks within a single system, from recruitment, through to HR management, and payroll, and are in use by medium to large sized private-sector businesses, as well as central and local government. The scalability of these solutions is best proven by the number of employees that its clients process currently – from 50 to 92,000.

Its products are available for use in-house, or as an extensive range of bureau and managed services, from a supplier that had a turnover and pre-tax profit in excess of £1 billion and £120 million, respectively, in its last financial year.
